Purpose
The MSA Visual Brand Language (VBL) is a guide to our design elements and ranges from logo usage and corporate colors to typography and more. This resource is intended to help anyone involved in creating promotional literature, trade show displays, and other materials so that customers make a consistent and immediate visual connection to the MSA brand. In addition, the guide also helps communicate our corporate values and brand personality through our unique image and design style.
While the VBL defines all relevant visual features for MSA, it is a living document. There will be changes. And, except for foundational brand elements like our logos, colors, typography, and tagline — you have some creative license. The VBL is not an immutable book of brand laws. It’s a resource that should be used as your creative guide.
Mission
That men and women may work in safety and that they, their families, and their communities may live in health throughout the world.

Brand Architecture
MSA follows the Branded House architecture, visually represented with a logo lockup for sub-brands. This strategy enables sub brands to share the master brand’s name, values, corporate identity, and messaging.
