With MSA combustion and CO analyzers, there’s an alternative to factory service calibration. MSA’s exclusive Sensor Exchange Program is available for INSIGHT, INSIGHT® Plus, InTech®, and Monoxor® Plus analyzers.
MSA also offers calibrated and uncalibrated sensors outside of the exchange program which support the listed combustion analyzers and include the PCA®3, and PCA® 400.

Choose a program start date that best suits your needs. Replacement sensors are shipped at pre-determined intervals of your choice.
Step #2
Receive your pre-calibrated sensor in a returnable, pre-labeled container. Simply return your old sensor in the supplied postage-paid envelope.
Step #3
Exclusive plug-n-play installation is quick & easy. Following the instructions, snap your pre-calibrated sensor(s) into the analyzer, and enter the Sensor Exchange Program code number(s).

You decide when you want to receive your sensor for calibration. Simply select the date you want to receive your first Sensor Exchange Program sensor.
FAILURE TO RETURN SENSORS THROUGH THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF MSA’s REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT TO CUSTOMER WILL REQUIRE MSA TO ISSUE AN INVOICE FOR THE PRICE OF THE UNRETURNED SENSORS. REFER TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
