Ethical Sourcing

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act places a legal obligation on certain companies to obtain information on “Conflict Minerals.” A large quantity of these minerals comes from a designated conflict region in Africa. Unfortunately, many of the minerals from this region are illegally sourced by combatants to finance activities that include human rights violations.

Bacharach does not condone or support the use of conflict minerals that fuel human rights violations.
