Recent Changes to shopMSA Accounts
As of November 14, 2024 we’re simplifying the shopMSA login process by replacing your current username with your email address for easier, more convenient access. This update also enables you to use the same credentials for other MSA digital experiences, including Webdam and Connected Solutions such as FireGrid.
What is Changing?
When logging into shopMSA you will need to enter the email address—instead of username—and the current password for your account. Successfully authenticating will automatically initiate a one-time update process that should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
- Log in using your email address and current password
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from MSA Safety
- Click the "Set Password" button to create a new password
- Return to shopMSA and log in with your email and new password
Reminder: Update any saved credentials!
shopMSA users that already have FireGrid access should use their FireGrid credentials after go-live.
What About Webdam?
To access many other MSA digital platforms such as Webdam, all users will need to complete this update process. The log in page for these platforms will require email address and your new password going forward.
How Can You Prepare?
- Be aware of the email address associated with your account and ensure you have access to it
- Make note of your current password—or how to locate it from your saved passwords

The forgot password feature will only be available for users who have already completed the update process.
